Feb 25th-27th    Ballarat Swap Meet

 March 6th         Maldon Tiddler’s Run  A short relaxing run to get the small bikes, the pioneers, the older machines, the tadpoles and tiddlers on the road. All pre-1930 bikes welcome to attend and ‘share the moment’ travelling with these machinesExperience the wonderment of motoring at its finest.  The run will be approx. 60kms for the day.  Start from the North British Mine site at 10.30am (same as last year) with Merralyn Sargent and Tom Kingston ensuring the urn is on with morning tea laid out.  We will be riding to a secret destination. (Greg and Colin are not sure of the final details yet!)  Entrants will be able to purchase their lunch, or BYO.  Slightly undulating in places for the sheer enjoyment of the scenery.

April 16th-17th      Antique MCC Annual RallyTimboon & district. “The Mansbridge family would like to invite  you all to our 2 day rally based at the Brucknell Park Scout Camp, located 11kms west of Timboon. The Brucknell Scout Camp offers a range of accommodation listed below, which is  also available on the Friday night if required (kids bring your push bikes)”

 SATURDAY: We will start proceedings with lunch from 11:30am (gold coin donation) and departure at 1 pm.  The days run will be approx. 80kms, concentrating on costal scenery and surrounding area, very enjoyable roads and great riding! Saturday evening meal will be held at the camp, set price with breakfast included!

SUNDAY: Depart at 9.30 am (FUEL AVAILABLE IN TIMBOON IN THE MORNING ONLY) We will ride through quiet back roads, through a rich dairy area to Simpson for morning tea. We will then head into the Otway state forest to Chapel Vale hall for lunch. On the return trip we will travel via Coorimungle and Boggy Creek back to Brucknell Camp for a cuppa and farewell. (Approx. 126 kms).

ACCOMMODATION: We will be staying at the Brucknell Park Scout Camp which is 146 acres of bushland!  Facilities include, 2 new recreation halls accommodating up to 80 people. The park also offers the adventures of a commando course, initiative course and the younger ones love scouring the bush for the scattered animal statues of the “Cub Jungle”. There is a huge open arena for games, picnic area with wood fired BBQ’s and an abundance of camping areas.

Accommodation fees (for the park): BYO LINEN / PILLOW / SLEEPING BAGS

Bunk room 8 rooms available each housing 8 people: $25pp per night

Powered sites: $20 for 2 people per night (+$10 for additional person)

Unpowered sites: $15 for 2 people (+$7.50 additional person)

**Hotel accommodation is also available in Timboon if you’re not the camping type!

Note: – All rallies run by the Antique Motorcycle Club of Australia (AMCC – AUS) are “open” rallies unless otherwise specified. That is to say that Members of other Old Vehicle Clubs may enter the rally with a motorcycle which meets the AMCC of AUS eligibility rules (ie. a motorcycle made before the 31st December 1930).
